Mural Mosaic project: Panel arrived today!

I am honored to be part of the Mural Mosaic

project based from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada.

see the project. Click on "murals", then the

new "Le Cadeau Du Cheval". Then click

on the "artists" area and you will see my

submission piece, and later my panel.

I will be posting the pictures of my panel as

it is completed!

Louie

I finally bought my first horse! Louie came to me in

December in the worst winter we have had in

20 years! Anxious to start drawing pastel pictures
of him, I had to submit to taking pictures in the snow!

This picture reminds me of the quiet, peaceful afternoon

when I let him loose in the pasture and snapped

numerous shots!

Pastel Pencil

This drawing was completed for a friend of mine. Thor, a Norwegian Fjord, has a great personality. The soft colors of his coat match the medium of pastel pencil.
